Procurement Section

The Procurement section has a unique role in the organization because although most of the scope of duties is directed to the field of editorial development, it must also have the characteristics of a marketing officer, public relations officer and project manager in the organization involved.

Procurement Section are responsible for:

a) Development of new publishing projects
b) Annual title planning
c) Appointment of writers and authors
d) Writer-publisher contract management
e) Publication project management
d) Writer-supplier-publisher relationship officer
